The ethical actions are important because of the priority of the mission goal and their close relationship with social progress and development. Therefore, the purpose of this research is the identification and social analysis of these types of actions among the verses of revelation and it deals with the effect of ethical actions in the production of social capital in the process of progress based on religious teachings and answers these questions based on the Quranic teachings. What impact do ethical actions (behavior) have on the formation of social progress? How do moral actions generate social capital and influence progress (development)? What coordinates, examples and dimensions does this group of actions have? What are the effects and consequences of this group of actions? Those actions that are desirable and progressive in the development of social interactions have been socially studied, analyzed and searched by using the inductive content analysis method. Honesty, trustworthiness and fulfillment of an obligation, altruism (Arabic: إیثار, self-sacrifice), asking forgiveness or istighfār (Arabic: استغفار ʾistiġfār), and forgiving others, kindness, non-violence, chastity and purity, patience and honesty and benevolent actions combined with social supervision have been discussed, which lead to sincerity, togetherness, coherence and expansion of social interactions and emotional relationships far from hatred and warm and emotional relationships and as a result, it causes the production of social capital and its improvement and will lead to the density of actions focused on purpose and excellence that are necessary for progress.

The aim of this study is to survey the moral issue of the conflict between social actions and religious ethical values; it aspires to find the social causes of the issue. In order to find the causes for doing what is in conflict with moral values, beside referring to the theories of action, a new theoretical model is developed which is based on the multiple causality and relies on the logic of social status as well as the logic of collective mentality. The theoretical framework of this study classifies both subjective and objective factors that shape social actions that are in conflict with ethical values. The method of this study is surveying although other approaches are used where appropriate. The sample society of the research consisted of 435 high school students aged betweeI?-15to 25 years old chosen from the 3rdand the 15thdistricts of Tehran. The results, with %95 of assurance, aTeapplicable to the whole sample society. Introduction: Alternative punishments of imprisonment, which are called as a new approach of the penal system to fight against the negative consequences of prison, have many effects and consequences that need to be investigated. Therefore, in this study, while examining the types of alternative punishments, the moral and social effects of the implementation of these punishments have been explored. Materials and Methods: The present study was conducted using an analytical-descriptive method. In this study, in order to provide an appropriate answer to the question presented, by referring to the theoretical bases (books) and articles published in the ISC, Magiran, Civilica, SID and Ensani in the years 2011 to 2023 and with the method of extracting the existing legal provisions, the effectiveness of this type of punishment was also criticized in reaching the intended goals. Conclusion: The results of this study show that with the implementation of such punishments, the level of public trust, the growth of morals and social capital in the society will also improve. Therefore, the implementation of these punishments, while reducing the criminal population of prisoners and reforming them, provides better implementation of social justice and improvement of public trust, emotional and financial support for the families of criminals

The protection of the environment in the West was influenced by various factors including history, the formation of civil society and the development of various political and social ideas. The environmental movement as a social movement alongside the women’ s movement, black movement and student movement, turned the issue of environmental protection into a social issue but also established a close relation and solidarity with various active groups. In Iran, due to the nature of the Pahlavi government as a dictatorial and quasi-modern state, environmental policies were planned not by social movements and the lower strata of society but implemented by various governmental and without considering the social and economic. Given the structure of the Pahlavi government, this article studies how the institution for the protection of animal species and wildlife was formed and it also shows how the Pahlavi government ignored the historical ties of the people, especially nomads and villagers with the environment. The design and creation of the protected areas and the conservation of animal species by the government and not allowing people to participate caused a conflict between people and wildlife and increased the number of violations of the hunting law. After the victory of the Revolution of 1979, the people broke the protective fences and started attacking the protected areas.

This research aimed to study work-family role conflict and to determine the social factors having influence on the conflict The effort is taken to offer a model for identification of the work-family conflict The research is based on scarcity and accumulation approaches, and theories such as Merton*s role set, Good*s role strain, Seiber*s accumulation role, and Mark*s role balance, as well as benefiting from certain models for work-family role conflict which are of the major issues in optimization and organizational behavior studies. This model puts forward three major thoughts which are: interactive nature of conflicts, the influence of work factors on work-family role conflict and the influence of family factors on family-work role conflict, and the role of sex in moderating the rate, and direction of the influential factors in experienced conflicts. The results of this research support the suggested model and identify the most important variables having influence on work-family conflict and on every dimension of it for both men and women.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of the relationship conflict on the social undermining experience from the person who acts on this abrasive behavior point of view and who is treated with it, along with the role of gender demographic variable on this effect. The statistical population of this study were 243 employees of selected branches of Alborz Insurance Company in Tehran. Krejcie and Morgan table was used to determine the sample size. Reliability of the questionnaire was confirmed. The findings of this study showed that the relationship conflict has a direct and significant effect on the social undermining experience and abrasive behavior, and also by mediating abrasive behavior, it affects the experience of social undermining indirectly, that means, the conflict of relationship will result in employees behavior, who act on abrasive behaviors to reduce the effect of unfavorable conditions, this in turn has a negative effect on the audience of this behavior and provokes the experience of social undermining. However, the demographic variable of gender as a moderator does not affect the direct effect of relationship conflict on the experience of social undermining and abrasive behavior as well as the direct effect of abrasive behavior on the experience of social undermining.
